Aqua Alta gave our group of twenty‑one a night to remember. The food was delicious, the wine was perfect, and the service was flawless. Alexander was incredible. They managed our huge party with grace, humor, and nonstop attentiveness. Every detail was handled with care, and every moment felt fun. It is rare to find a restaurant that can deliver this level of hospitality to such a large group. We feel lucky to have Aqua Alta right here in the neighborhood.

Delicious carbonara and great selection of Italian wines and authentic dishes. Their menu is impressive selection-wise and we will come back to try more dishes. Among the best Italian food I have had outside of Italy 🇮🇹 also I appreciate the fresh complimentary bread.

Our first time, not our last. The restaurant is small and cozy. It feels like an Italian restaurant in NYC. The owner greeted us and is also our server. His wife is the chef. Everything was delicious. My wife ordered the white lasagna special and I was lucky that she shared it with me. I felt like I was having a meal in my grandma's kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to go back.

This little restaurant is a hidden gem! The Italian food is unique and delicious! It’s Venetian style cuisine. The owner is always there and the staff are always consistent - like Alexander who is awesome! They will always aim to please you if they can. We’ve dined here at least 4-5 times. My only recommendation would be for the chef to always taste test the dishes before plating. We’ve had at least 2 pasta dishes - one with seafood (octopus), another with some sausage that were bland in taste (not well seasoned or salted). The Tuesday evening table-side cacio y pepe is not to be missed - it is amazing! They also have a great selection of Italian wines and will help you select the right one! Definitely give this place a try but make a reservation bcs it is always crowded.

Acqua Alta in Clearwater was our pick for a new and recommended restaurant to try for a friends’ dinner, and this group of friends left satisfied. It’s a little Italian spot in a plaza with a few other interesting shops and restaurants that we may be adventuring to soon, but we will be back to Acqua Alta for sure! All pastas, sauces, and desserts are made in house- fresh and fabulous. Carpaccio, grilled artichoke, meatballs, rigatoni, tagliatelle, cacio e pepe, pistachio tiramisu, and a nice bottle of wine! Service gave us plenty of time to enjoy each dish and each other’s company- we weren’t in a hurry and neither were they, and it worked. Lovely people putting love into their food. Go and enjoy- they even have ready-to-cook pasta and ravioli you can bring home for your own delicious creations!
